delicious and mouth watering palak and methi dal.
what a coincidence even we had palak dal yesterday for our dinner..adding methi leaves would definitely enhance up the flavor..nice combination..looks splendid.
This looks delicious. I must try it. Thanks for the great instruction:)
In response to your question on my blog, I always use Philadelphia cream cheese. They also make a lower fat version called neufchatel cheese also by Philadelphia. For the sour cream, I used regular sour cream, but I think you could also use low-fat sour cream. But of course the high fat versions of both these things probably always tastes better:)
we often end up inventing and creating our own dishes from the fridge left overs..the dhal looks perfect
yum yum! nothing more comforting than a bowl of dal drizzled with ghee. i make something similar but with masoor dal which is one of my favorites..
thank you dear friend for ur lovely compliments
That's a splendid one Satya.. thanks for sharing and happy to follow u dear...
