MasterChef India Grand Finale

The masterchef india winner has been declared yesterday !! ...

This has been the best reality show I have ever watched. A unique identity for cooking skills has been created with a more serious flavor. The contestants have not been shown any favoritism and have been tested only based on the taste of the food.

The three finalists are a teacher in her 40s who quit her job as the school principal did not give permission to participate, a young lady in her 20s whose husband is a marine engineer living away from home for at least 6 months a year and cooking keeps her active, and a young man in his 30s who had to close down his restaurant due to personal difficulties.

This grand finale is a dream come true with a cash prize of 1 crore and book that will be authored by the winner and a cookery show that will be hosted by the winner.

So have fun watching the Masterchef Grand Finale ...

Hey Satya,
Yes, even I enjoyed the show a lot. and It kept me thinking is it possible for me if I am in the competition? It was too tough. Even though they have followed it from other country, it was real hard work and great show.
Anyways I voted Jaynandan as he was a consistent candidate.
Thats ok. Its all in the game.
Thanks for the review.

Hi Satya,

After a long time. I followed Masterchef from the beginning and I was kinda disappointed that Jayanandan could not make it. However, the show was an amazing one. Merry christmas to you and your family!!!

Hi satya,
i was hooked to the finale and so wanted jayanadan to win---but all ine game ! U win some and then u lose some; it was heartening to see that he was offered a nice career with Leela's. Having said that i found the whole format too bollywoodised -- after watching Masterchef Australia, this one came across as crass many a times- arrrgh i found it too irritating that film folks turned in hordes to promote their movies than appreciate talent ! Sorry for being such a cynic ! Yes the show had its moments and the contestants were indeed judged on their merit; but it should have been them on spotlight !
On the positive side i did geta glimpse of so many inventive dishes and the show did tug ur emotions !
Hoping they have a better format that is miles away from bollywood !

I have been a big follower. How much I wished, Radhika or Jaya had won, but anyways. Probably Pankaj had luck on her side as Radhicka has ever failed and she had to fail yesterday, I almost cried at her losing.
